To provide rental tour services we need for you to register.  In this registration process we ask for the primary client’s information, secondary client information (which could be a spouse, significant other, adult son or daughter, parent or partner) and any additional people that might be accompanying you on the tour.

At the end of the 4-step registration process you have the option to pay for the retainer fee (which is non-refundable), or make a payment for the rental tour.  First; pay for the retainer, or “pre-consultation” fee of $75.00.  After you have consulted with your Tour Consultant and decided the amount of properties to view, you can return to pay for the tour services selected.
